2/10 Quartered Serged Elastic Technique
This technique can be used on either a gored skirt or a handkerchief hemmed skirt that is one pattern piece
made up into as many as different fabrics. It is very simple and can be converted to a fitted skirt with a zipper and waistband
/ facing.
